RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Defective or damaged items
At Lunifia, each piece of jewelry undergoes rigorous inspections to ensure impeccable quality. If, despite our strict requirements, a defect is found upon receipt, your jewelry is covered by our warranty for one year from the date of shipment.

Returns and Refunds
You have fourteen days after receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code. After this period, no returns will be accepted.
Returned items must be new, unworn, and in their original packaging. Any product showing signs of wear upon inspection will not be refunded. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can contact us by email at contact@lunifia.com and send your request in writing, specifying your order number.
As part of a promotional offer that includes several items, such as an offer of the type “Buy 2 get 1 free” means the entire set must be returned for a full refund. If only one item is returned, the remaining items will be charged at their original unit price.
Undelivered shipments and packages
If your order has not been delivered within If the carrier is delayed for more than thirty days and the tracking shows it is still in transit, we will arrange for reshipment. If you have any questions, our customer service team is available.
Lunifia declines all responsibility for lost packages after they have been deposited with the carrier. Once a package is declared delivered by the carrier, no claims can be processed and no refunds or credits can be issued. However, if you encounter any problems, we invite you to contact our customer service team, who will be able to assist you.
Return procedure
All return requests must be sent to customer service by email at contact@lunifia.com. After validation, you will receive an email detailing the instructions to follow. Once the return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued within a maximum of fourteen days, directly to the payment method used for the purchase.
If shipping costs were paid when ordering, these will not be refunded. If delivery was free, a flat rate will be deducted from the refund, corresponding to the shipping costs applied depending on the destination: €8.95 for Metropolitan France.
