Article 12. Disputes - Consumer Mediation
In the event of a dispute between the customer and Lunifia, the parties will endeavor to resolve it amicably. The customer is invited to send a written complaint to customer service at the address mentioned above.
If no amicable agreement is reached within one (1) month, or in the absence of a response, the consumer customer (within the meaning of Article L.133-4 of the Consumer Code) may free of charge refer the matter to the competent consumer mediator, listed on the official list of the Commission d’évaluation et de contrôle de la médiation de la consommation (CECMC).

Article 13. Return and Refund Policy
Defective or Damaged Items
At Lunifia, every piece of jewelry undergoes rigorous checks to guarantee impeccable quality. If, despite our high standards, a defect is found upon receipt, your jewelry is covered by our one-year warranty from the date of shipment. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, abuse, negligence, or gradual alteration due to normal use of the jewelry over time. It also does not cover the loss of jewelry.

Returns and Refunds
You have fourteen days after receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code. After this period, no returns will be accepted.
Returned items must be new, unworn, and kept in their original packaging. Any product showing signs of wear during inspection cannot be refunded. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can contact us by email at contact@lunifia.com and send your request in writing, specifying your order number.
In the case of a promotional offer including several items, such as an offer of the type “Buy 2 pieces of jewelry = get 1 free,” the entire set must be returned to qualify for a full refund. If only one of the items is returned, the ones kept will be charged at their original unit price.
Return Procedure
All return requests must be addressed to customer service by email at contact@lunifia.com. After validation, you will receive an email detailing the instructions to follow. Once the return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within a maximum of fourteen days, directly to the payment method used during the purchase.
If shipping costs were paid during the order, they will not be refunded.
Shipments and Undelivered Packages
If your order has not been delivered within thirty days due to a carrier delay and its tracking indicates it is still in transit, we will arrange a reshipment. For any questions, our customer service remains at your disposal.
Lunifia disclaims all responsibility for lost packages after they have been dropped off with the carrier. Once a package is declared delivered by the latter, no claim can be processed, and no refund or credit note can be issued. However, if you encounter a problem, we invite you to contact our customer service, who can assist you.
Return of package not collected at relay point
In the event of packages delivered to a relay point and not collected, leading to their return to our warehouse, the following conditions will apply for any new shipment or refund request:
- New shipment: Shipping costs for reshipment will be borne by the customer, with an additional €2 for processing fees.
- Refund: The total purchase amount will be refunded after deduction of initial shipping costs and an additional €2 for return processing fees.
