RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Defective or Damaged Items
At Lunifia, each piece of jewelry undergoes rigorous checks to guarantee impeccable quality. If, despite our requirements, a defect is found upon receipt, your jewelry is covered by our one-year warranty from the date of shipment.

Returns and Refunds
You have fourteen days after receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code. After this period, no returns will be accepted.
Returned items must be new, unworn, and kept in their original packaging. Any product showing signs of wear during inspection cannot be refunded. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can contact us by email at contact@lunifia.com and send your request in writing, specifying your order number.
In the case of a promotional offer including several items, such as a "buy 2, get 1 free" offer, the entire bundle must be returned to receive a full refund. If only one of the items is returned, the items kept will be charged at their initial unit price.
Shipments and Undelivered Parcels
If your order has not been delivered within thirty days due to a carrier delay and its tracking indicates that it is still in transit, we will arrange a reshipment. For any questions, our customer service remains at your disposal.
Lunifia disclaims all responsibility for the loss of parcels after they have been dropped off with the carrier. Once a parcel is declared delivered by the carrier, no claim can be processed, and no refund or credit note can be issued. However, if you encounter a problem, we invite you to contact our customer service, who can assist you.
Return Procedure
All return requests must be sent to customer service by email at contact@lunifia.com. After validation, you will receive an email detailing the instructions to follow. Once the return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within a maximum of fourteen days, directly to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
If shipping costs were paid during the order, these will not be refunded.
